As Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse audit portfolio, leading and developing audit teams, and acting as a trusted adviser to a varied client base. You will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered to a high technical standard, on time and within budget. This role offers genuine scope for progression and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking Bristol-based accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and reviewing audit assignments across a varied client portfolio
Ensuring compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
Leading, mentoring, and developing audit staff
Acting as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements

Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical audit knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
