Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to sign off
Review and develop the work of audit seniors and juniors
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and partners
Ensure audit files meet quality and regulatory standards
Support the wider team with training and mentoring
Requirements
Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and people management skills
Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple engagements
