Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
Act as Responsible Individual (RI) for audit sign-off
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional levels of service
Drive growth within the audit practice through business development initiatives
Mentor and support senior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
RI status (or eligibility) essential
Strong leadership and client management skills
Commercially minded with the ability to drive business development
Excellent communication and technical knowledge
