Description
An established international bank is seeking a motivated Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager to join its corporate banking team. This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients while delivering excellent customer service and achieving financial and business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of corporate client relationships.
• Achieve annual financial targets for your portfolio.
• Deliver a high-quality banking experience for clients.
• Identify and generate leads for new products and services through relationship sales and network management.
• Seek out opportunities to meet with new prospects across fiduciary, fund administration, family office and insurance sectors.
• Assist with client risk assessments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of periodic reviews and addressing any KYC/AML requirements.
• Actively contribute towards wider business financial targets.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Bank’s risk appetite, policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all Bank policies in relation to client activities.
Skills and Experience
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a front-office client relationship role or equivalent.
• (Preferred) Relevant minimum Level 4 qualification such as RDR Investment, STEP, CeMAP etc.
• (Preferred) Experience of drafting credit papers.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets.
