Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity / Managed Services)

OTE £75,000 | £30,000–£38,000 Base | Brentwood (On-site)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, cutting-edge technology business in the cybersecurity and managed services space, looking to hire a highly driven Business Development Representative to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in enterprise technology sales, working with market-leading security solutions and gaining exposure to Microsoft’s security ecosystem.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in driving new business across a portfolio of advanced cybersecurity solutions, including SIEM, Managed Detection & Response, and 24/7 SOC services.

This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology.

What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively identifying and generating new sales opportunities
Building and managing a pipeline of prospects within IT and cybersecurity
Engaging with decision-makers to understand business challenges and security needs
Conducting discovery calls and supporting product demonstrations
Collaborating with technical sales consultants to progress and close deals
Using CRM tools (HubSpot) to track activity and manage leads
Supporting proposal writing and outbound campaigns
Contributing ideas to improve sales processes and client engagement
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a sales or business development role
A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
A hunter mentality – comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (75+ per day)
Highly motivated, organised, and proactive
A strong interest in technology and cybersecurity
Willingness to learn and develop into a high-performing sales professional

Highly desirable:

Experience selling within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) environment

£75,000 OTE with uncapped commission
