Behaviour Support Assistant – SEMH – Nuneaton

Contract: Full-time
Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE)

Axcis Education is recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in an alternative provision in Nuneaton.

The Role:

• 1:1 and small group SEMH support
• Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Support re-engagement with learning
• Work with pastoral and safeguarding teams

About You:

• SEMH, youth work or behaviour experience preferred
• Calm and resilient
• Confident managing challenging behaviour
• Full-time availability
• DBS required
