Do you have experience supporting individuals with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges whom can display challenging behaviour? We have the perfect next role for you!

We are currently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant for a SEND provision supporting children and young people aged 7 to 16 years in the Lea Hall/Kitts Green area.
the school specialises in supporting young people who have experienced and are facing a particularly difficult time in their young lives. The challenges they have and are facing in life can lead to displaying challenging behaviour.

- This is a full-time, long-term role, starting ASAP.
- Experience in supporting individuals facing SEMH challenges is Essential
- Experience supporting individuals whom display challenging behaviour is Essential
- Experience supporting through trauma-informed practices is Highly Desirable
- Previous experience in a school setting, care or residential background would be ideal, however personal experience mixed with professional experience is welcomed.

You will be working with young people aged 7–16 years, working in small groups and 1-to-1.

The pay for Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants starts from £89/day (PAYE) minimum per day and is in-keeping with the experience of each candidate which joins us.
