We’re seeking an experienced Branch Assistant for a well-established and successful electrical wholesaler in the Basingstoke area.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephone and serve at the trade counter, taking enquiries and processing orders.

Prepare and follow up on quotations and chase orders.

Assist customers (phone & face-to-face) with product info, pricing, and stock queries.

Price, store, and label goods accurately.

Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and well-organised.

Prepare orders for delivery.

Provide occasional multi-drop delivery cover (Full UK driving licence required).

About You:

Enthusiastic, conscientious, and a good communicator.

Possess strong common sense and a positive work ethic.

Electrical wholesale sales experience and product knowledge are essential.

Full UK driving licence.



Salary depending on experience + bonus.
