Description
An established international financial services provider requires a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver day-to-day support for NavOne and Management Information (MI) across their Group Trust operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop Management Information (MI) using Power BI, SSRS, Alteryx, and related tools.
• Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to improve operational and process efficiencies.
• Scope, design, build, and deploy MI and reporting solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Provide direct support for regulatory data requirements and risk/compliance reporting, especially for the Cayman & Bahamas offices.
• Act as the Group Trust NavOne Subject Matter Expert and participate in the Group Technical User Committee.
• Support all jurisdictions with data requirements for various committees and boards.
• Assist with the implementation and troubleshooting of system enhancements, fixes, and new capabilities.
• Lead technical aspects of operational projects and provide user support for NavOne and MI reporting tools.
• Deliver end-user assistance and occasional training for system updates and new functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Extensive experience in designing, building, and managing data workflows and reporting using SSRS, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Knowledge of Quantios NavOne, MS Business Central (MS Dynamics), or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with MS Fabric, Visual Studio Code, and PowerShell, particularly with MS Dynamics [BC24+].
• Strong self-management and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience, ideally within Fiduciary or Wealth Management sectors.
• Relevant certifications or practical experience with Business Central or MS Dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server.
