Join this customer-focused financial services provider in a key administrative role supporting unit linked operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver high-quality policy servicing support while maintaining high standards of compliance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process a range of policy servicing requests, including address and beneficiary updates, name changes, and general client data updates.
• Communicate effectively with customers, intermediaries, and colleagues via telephone and email.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to legal, audit, and AML requirements.
• Conduct video or security calls as part of due diligence processes.
• Assist with operational procedures, including the creation of training materials and process documentation.
• Perform KYC reviews and determine appropriate due diligence measures.
• Contribute to internal projects and support testing of system updates and procedural changes.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve customer service delivery and policy servicing efficiencies.
• Log and escalate risks or data gaps through appropriate reporting tools.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and the fair treatment of clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Ideally one to two years’ experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling both phone and email queries.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• GCSEs in English and Mathematics essential.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 and Adobe.
• Awareness of AML, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
• Tech-savvy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to working.
• Keen to learn and develop, with support available for relevant professional qualifications.
