The successful candidate will join a dynamic Business Services team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate entities. The role will involve preparing and reviewing accounts, managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and playing a key role in the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services. Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as the main point of contact
Overseeing accounts preparation and tax returns
Supporting and developing junior team members
Liaising with clients and providing advice on accounting matters
Assisting with workflow management and business development initiatives
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or AAT qualified with relevant experience)
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
