Responsibilities

Managing and reviewing a portfolio of business services clients, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team to support their technical growth and progression
Preparing and reviewing accounts, management information, and associated compliance work for a varied client base
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and advisory matters
Contributing to the operational efficiency and continued development of the business services department

Requirements

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a strong technical grounding in business services
Proven ability to manage client portfolios and meet deadlines in a fast-paced practice setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
A proactive and commercially minded approach, with a genuine commitment to client service and team development
