Based in Beaconsfield, this progressive firm of Chartered Accountants supports a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and growing companies. As Business Services Manager, you will oversee accounts preparation, tax compliance, and management reporting, while acting as a trusted adviser to clients. You will manage your own portfolio, review work prepared by junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery within agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of business services clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses
Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax computations
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice
Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Supporting business development and identifying growth opportunities
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
Strong background in accounts preparation and client portfolio management
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax compliance
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality client service
