As Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a varied corporate tax portfolio, overseeing compliance processes, and delivering high-quality advisory services. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, supporting corporate restructuring, R&D claims, group tax planning, and transactional work. This Bath-based role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to complex corporate tax matters, and the opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members within a supportive Chartered Accountants environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
Provide corporate tax advisory services
Review corporate tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisor
Support Partners with complex tax planning projects and business development initiatives
Mentor and develop junior members of the corporate tax team

Requirements
CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
