As Business Services Manager, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, providing oversight and technical guidance across accounts preparation, management accounts, and general compliance work. You will play an important role in mentoring junior members of the team, reviewing their work, and supporting their professional development, while also acting as a key point of contact for clients on day to day queries and advisory matters. Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing accounts preparation and compliance work
Review the work of junior team members, providing feedback and technical support
Act as a key point of contact for client queries and advisory matters
Support business development activity and identify opportunities within existing client relationships
Contribute to the training and development of junior staff
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant practice experience
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge across accounts and compliance work
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Proven ability to manage, review, and develop junior staff
