Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of business services clients
Oversee accounts, payroll and compliance deliverables
Review and approve team work to ensure quality and deadlines are met
Mentor, coach and motivate junior team members
Identify opportunities for additional services and client growth
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing a business services or accounts portfolio
AAT, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification (or qualified by experience)
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and accounting software
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
