The successful Business Services Semi Senior will be involved in accounts preparation, management accounts, VAT returns, and tax compliance, while also supporting juniors and liaising directly with clients. Key Responsibilities
Preparation of year-end statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
Assisting with management accounts and VAT returns
Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships
Reviewing work of junior staff and providing guidance
Assisting with corporate and personal tax compliance
Requirements
AAT qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA (study support available)
At least two years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
Experience using accounting software packages (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
