Position Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Competitive salary based on experience

Requirements:

Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour and complex needs
Ability to provide personal care
Valid DBS check
Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in the classroom and one-to-one settings
Assisting with personal care and behaviour management strategies
Collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support each student’s development
Promoting independence and positive engagement for students with complex needs
