The Claims Administrator provides essential support to the Claims team, ensuring that high-value claims—including life, critical illness, and income protection—are processed accurately and within strictly agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities
• Claims Processing: Administer Group Risk claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards.
• Technical Support: Utilize strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word, to manage data and maintain proprietary claims systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships across various teams and global regions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and adapt to new system requirements.
• Workload Management: Independently manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and numeracy.
