Description

Join this leading fiduciary and administration services provider offering an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to become part of a collaborative and detail-driven inhouse team. This is a key role focused on maintaining the integrity of client files and ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards across a dynamic portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Inhouse Legal, Risk and Compliance, the successful candidate will carry out regular client file reviews, assess risk profiles, ensure the accuracy of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and support compliance processes across the business.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting periodic and trigger-based reviews of client files in line with the GFSC Handbook and internal procedures.
• Reviewing and maintaining client CDD records and ensuring documentation is up to date and accurately filed.
• Completing risk assessments covering ownership, source of funds/wealth, jurisdictional exposure, and overall client activities.
• Identifying and escalating red flags or inconsistencies in client records.
• Preparing written reports summarising review findings and recommended actions.
• Working collaboratively with Compliance, Administration, and Accounting teams to support the firm’s ongoing regulatory obligations.
• Responding to internal queries and participating in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining awareness of regulatory updates relevant to the fiduciary and financial services sector.
• Participating in CPD training and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will have:
The position requires a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a compliance, trust administration, or file review role within a regulated environment. A compliance or legal qualification is preferred, alongside a strong understanding of AML/CFT requirements, KYC, and risk-based compliance methodologies. The individual should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and be confident analysing complex client structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fiduciary systems is essential.
