An experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor is sought to join the contentious trusts and probate team at a leading Commercial Law practice. The role will be based in the firms Shropshire office.

The Role:

You will have extensive experience dealing with contentious probate matters. Matters will include estate administration disputes, contesting wills, inheritance act claims, trust administration disputes, trust claims, lifetime gifts, contentious trust and probate general matters. You will be working alongside a highly experienced and reputable team.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will ideally have 5 years+ PQE dealing with Contentious Probate matters.
You will have experience of handling cases in the high court and mediation.
You will be willing to attend networking events and get involved in the firms business development activities.
Ideally STEP or ACTAPS qualified.
Strong client care skills.
Able to work to deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
