Key Responsibilities
Leading the delivery of complex corporate tax advisory and compliance services across a prestigious client portfolio
Advising on M&A, group restructuring, international tax matters, and wider strategic tax planning
Driving business development activity and building senior client relationships across the market
Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing corporate tax team
Contributing to the strategic direction of the tax practice in partnership with the firm’s senior leadership
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with an outstanding corporate tax background gained within practice
At least eight years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven track record at senior manager or director level in complex corporate tax advisory
Exceptional technical knowledge across M&A, group structures, and international tax matters
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage at board and partner level
A strong personal network and a proven business development track record
