You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients, from owner managed businesses to larger groups, delivering high quality tax advice and compliance. This Corporate Tax Manager role offers real autonomy, regular client contact and the chance to shape the direction of a growing tax team. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, including compliance and advisory work
Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by the team
Provide proactive tax planning advice on reorganisations, reliefs and transactions
Supervise, coach and develop Tax Seniors and Assistants
Build strong client relationships and support Partners with business development
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification (or part qualified with relevant experience)
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax
Proven experience managing and reviewing the work of others
Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
