You will lead and develop a high-performing tax team, manage a diverse portfolio of complex corporate tax clients, and work closely with fellow Partners to expand business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Corporate Tax department, setting strategic direction
Oversee a portfolio of complex corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory excellence
Provide high-level tax planning and advisory services to a range of corporate clients
Drive business development and identify growth opportunities within the London market
Mentor, develop and appraise members of the tax team
Work collaboratively with other Partners to enhance cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
ACA / ACCA and/or CTA qualified
At least nine years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Significant experience in Corporate Tax within a UK accountancy practice
Demonstrable experience at Director (ready to step up) or Partner level
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills
