Description

Senior corporate tax opportunities of genuine quality do not come to market often on the South Coast, and this role with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Poole is one that any accomplished and ambitious tax professional at senior manager level would do well to consider seriously, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer within a firm that is committed to rewarding and retaining exceptional talent.

Crowe Watson Recruitment is one of the few specialist accountancy recruiters with the depth of experience, the professional network, and the discretion required to handle a senior appointment of this nature properly. The team understands that a search at this level is about far more than technical qualifications and years of experience; it is about finding the right cultural fit, the right strategic alignment, and the right long-term opportunity for both the individual and the firm. That careful and considered approach to senior recruitment is something Crowe Watson has built its reputation on, and it is why leading firms trust them with mandates of this significance.

Poole is a thriving commercial town on the South Coast with a diverse and well-established business community, and this firm has developed a strong and respected corporate tax practice that serves a broad and technically interesting portfolio of clients across the region. As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will take a central and influential role in leading that practice, overseeing a complex and varied client portfolio, working in close partnership with the firm’s partners on strategy and business development, and playing a pivotal role in developing the managers and junior staff around you. For a senior corporate tax professional who is ready to take a genuine step towards partnership in a firm with the ambition, the client base, and the culture to make that a realistic and near-term prospect, this is an opportunity that genuinely stands out. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency. References to pay rates are indicative and salary is dependent on experience.

Please note that Crowe Watson Recruitment is unable to assist with sponsorship applications; all candidates must have the right to work in the UK without restriction.
