We are recruiting a Cover Supervisor to support classroom continuity when teachers are absent. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, supervise pupils, and maintain a positive learning environment across the school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes and deliver cover lessons
• Support pupils with learning and behaviour management
• Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding in the classroom
• Report on pupil engagement and progress
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff

Requirements:
• Experience supervising or supporting pupils in a classroom
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident in behaviour management
• Flexible and adaptable
