Key Responsibilities
• Assess credit card applications (retail and corporate), including identity verification, credit limit checks, and risk reviews.
• Provide support to customers during digital onboarding, mobile app setup, and related services.
• Assist the Credit Card Support team in resolving transaction issues, app queries, and payment-related questions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes, ensuring appropriate credits or refunds are issued.
• Set up and manage direct debits.
• Contribute to the enhancement of credit card products and service offerings.
Skills and Experience
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to build expertise in credit card support.
• Interest in developing knowledge around financial crime and fraud risk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
