Our Client an established freight forwarder specialising in niche market the Fine Art Industry based in Hounslow are looking to recruit a high-energy, results-driven, team-oriented Operations Administrator to join our rapidly-growing team Customer Care team to help us extend our success and keep our clients happy. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, handling a variety of tasks to support the efficiency and accuracy of our order processing.

JOB ROLE DUTIES TO INCLUDE
Entering information into our internal systems to register new booking.
Conducting thorough data checks on orders to ensure all details are correct at the beginning of the booking process.
Preparing daily reports of shipments ready for collection.
Creating comprehensive job sheets for our warehouse team, providing clear instructions for the processing of each shipment.
Carrying out daily and weekly checks on reports from our system.
Assisting with invoicing queries from clients and contributing to the resolution of any discrepancies.
Preparing data sets in Excel to assist the team in creating rate cards.
Being available to assist the team with various administrative tasks.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Some experience in an Admin role and/or in a start-up environment.
You are fluent in English, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are detail-oriented, you have strong organizational skills and are disciplined in daily activity planning (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information).
Can multi-task, prioritise deadlines and can synthesize multiple perspectives to get the most important thing done.
Have great analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers (you’ll need to be to handle quotes for our customers!).
Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment.
You have a strong academic background.

Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary 25K - 28K subject to experience
