Our Established client based in Colnbrook is looking to recruit for an experienced Import / Customs Clerk

Working hours Tuesday to Saturday 0730 - 16.00/ 0800 - 1630 (negotiable start & finish time)
(Monday to Friday to start with to get training on systems & settling in period)

Duties will include:

Customs clearance entries for Air Freight & Courier Shipments.
Monitoring Duty and Vat
Ensuring compliance to HMRC regulations
Weekly bond checks
Arranging Airline collections, liaise with Airlines on shed transfers.
Providing a high level of Customer Service and dealing with all queries quickly and efficiently

Must be fully experienced in Courier Imports.
Low Value Bulk Clearance (BIRDS) experience
Experience with Descartes (e-customs) / CDS would be preferred if not Training will be provided if required
Using Boxtop Chief/ CDS & (CNS- Courier)

Salary 28K - 35K ( will go higher for the right person with the full experience required)
