Great opportunity for an experienced Multi Modal Import Export Clerk to join a niche Freight Forwarding specialising in the Live Entertainment. Theatre, Film, TV and Sports sector.

Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in start to finish Imports & Exports, , ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing logistical processes. This role requires a strong understanding of import and export procedures, excellent organisational skills, and the ability
to work within a team.

Main Duties are as follows -

• Full Import & Export Air/Sea start to finish including CDS Customs
• Road freight Import & Export Start to finish including CDS Customs
• Communicating with customers and suppliers
• Making bookings with hauliers, airlines and shipping lines
• Completing shipping documents on Boxtop
• Customs entries on ASM Sequoia
• Liaising with airlines and overseas agents
• Costing and Invoicing
• Customer Queries
• Quoting

Essential skills and experience -

Knowledge of Boxtop, Sequoia systems
Good understanding of CDS customs system, both for imports and exports
Dangerous Goods knowledge
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, import & export start to finish procedures.
Previous Export or Import Air Freight experience - minimum 5 years

Hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730 with occasional out of hours coverage which is paid as overtime.
