Responsibilities:
• Planning and managing your own diary and work load, planning visits and working the patch.
• Visiting existing customers on site, to build relationships and act as a key point of contact between customer and branch.
• Calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts.
• Liaise with the internal team and manager, to ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
Skills/experience:
• Some experience in the Electrical Wholesale industry.
• Driving Licence.
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of customers.
• A willingness and ambition to learn / develop within the role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
