Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: up to circa £36,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am to 12.30pm

We are recruiting for a customer service advisor for our client in the Crawley area of West Sussex.
As a Customer Advisor you will:
• Exceed customers’ expectations and keep customer service standards maintained
• Handle inbound telephone calls and e-mails from customers
• Support all aspects of the customer journey from product queries, advice and aftersales care
• Take ownership of any general issues, finding suitable solutions for customers
• Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with company policy
• Liaise with other departments to ensure best service is maintained
• Build a strong relationship with the team and customers.
The ideal candidate will have
• Great spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to build a rapport with people quickly and effectively
• A professional and pro-active attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• The ability to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably
• Confident, resilient and assertive decision-making skills
• Great MS Office skills
• Customer Service experience
• Experience in an electrical wholesale business is essential
