Axcis Education is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in an KS2 child in a school in Rugby.
The Role: • 1:1 and small group SEMH support • Assist with emotional regulation strategies • Support behaviour and engagement with learning • Build positive relationships with pupils • Work closely with pastoral staff
About You: • SEMH or behaviour support experience preferred • Calm, resilient and consistent • Confident managing challenging behaviour • Full-time availability • DBS required
