The position offers the chance to work across the business to identify trends, provide insights, and enhance operational performance through data.

Key Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Analysing and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights across the organisation.
• Developing dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Supporting business initiatives by identifying trends and forecasting key metrics.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimise workflows and data processes.
• Creating and refining SQL queries and data extraction pipelines.
• Documenting findings and presenting insights in a clear, engaging format to support decision-making.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar data-focused role within a commercial or operational setting. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, data visualisation platforms, and SQL is essential. A natural problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude, the successful applicant will be able to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, meaningful analysis to support continuous improvement across the organisation.
