Perfect Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy General Manager for a premium, award-winning country inn in a stunning rural location.
The Role:
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensure high standards across food, drink, and service
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Deputise in the absence of the GM and help drive business performance
About You:
• A strong background in hospitality management, ideally in a food-led environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about fresh food, quality service, and genuine hospitality
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy, high-volume setting
• Ambitious and ready to grow with a forward-thinking company
