Description
Are you a drama graduate who loves supporting young people?
We’re looking for someone creative, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about making a difference.
In this rewarding role, you'll support Key Stage 5 students with autism, and learning difficulties at a large, welcoming college in the heart of Bath. Leaders also collaborate effectively with local partners to offer high-quality vocational and enrichment opportunities.
Why drama graduates thrive in this role:
• You’re a natural communicator—using expression, tone and empathy to build trust and connection.
• You read emotion well and adapt quickly, which is invaluable when supporting vulnerable learners.
• Your creativity brings learning to life, making sessions inclusive, engaging and meaningful.
• You’re collaborative, supportive, and confident leading small groups or offering one-to-one support.
No prior experience is required—just warmth, patience, motivation, and a genuine respect for the young people you’ll be supporting.
