The ideal candidate should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational activities that align with the EYFS curriculum.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of their development.
• Establish positive and productive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular feedback on their child’s learning journey.
• Foster a welcoming, creative, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn through play.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational framework and share best practices.
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven experience in early years education.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application in the classroom.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
• Enhanced DBS check.
