About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair work across domestic, commercial, and industrial projects while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
Complete job documentation accurately and on time.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on site.
Essential Requirements.
Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installation or equivalent).
AM2 qualification (or equivalent where applicable).
Current ECS Gold Card or JIB Gold Card.
Valid CSCS/ECS card appropriate to the role.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS 7671).
City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection and Testing qualification (desirable but advantageous).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and safe working practices.
Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
