Location: Stockport with travel in Greater Manchester (fully onsite)
Salary: Up to £38,646

Overview:

Working for an established Charity, you will oversee the delivery of a high-quality Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service. You will focus on leading a team, driving quality performance and developing strong external partnerships.

A typical week:

-Lead a team of Team Leaders & Advisors
-Drive contract performance ensuring quality outcomes
-Develop strong referral & stakeholder relationships
-Oversee subcontractor performance

You'll need the following:

-3 years Employability or related sector experience
-2 years team management experience
-Experience of mental health provision/contracts
-Car driver
