Our client is a rapidly growing, privately owned global financial services group with an impressive scale and a stellar reputation in the fiduciary and fund services sector. Operating across multiple international jurisdictions and administering substantial asset portfolios, they maintain a sophisticated yet close-knit corporate culture. They are currently seeking a senior professional to take operational ownership of their employee engagement and internal communications strategy.
The position is open to candidates who are based in either Guernsey or Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
• Employee Engagement & Listening: Manage the end-to-end delivery of continuous listening cycles, pulse surveys, and formal feedback mechanisms. Coordinate and track engagement action plans, and chair the global sports and social committee.
• Culture & Internal Campaigns: Deliver communication campaigns that reinforce company values, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee recognition across the lifecycle.
• Content & Intranet Management: Curate and oversee the People and Culture intranet pages, managing internal distribution channels and ensuring content is accessible, accurate, and structured.
• Leadership Support: Partner with senior business leaders and change management teams to deliver clear communication toolkits, particularly during periods of business integration and transformation.
• Data & Insights: Track and report on key metrics, including employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS) and survey data, to provide actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Key Competencies & Skills
• Proven Experience: A strong background within internal communications, HR, or marketing, specifically within a multi-jurisdictional or global corporate environment.
• Campaign & Event Delivery: Demonstrated track record of executing culture initiatives, employee surveys, and internal corporate events.
• Digital Fluency: Confident leveraging technology, data, and modern digital tools to streamline internal processes and enhance content creation.
• Execution & Collaboration: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while partnering effectively with cross-functional global teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret engagement metrics and translate data into practical, continuous improvements.
