Hybrid – 2 days per week from Cross Hills, North Yorkshire

ESTIMATOR
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend tender presentations, contribute commercially, and present alongside the Ultimate Bid Team.
• Prepare budget and prelims build-up during the proposal stage, obtaining and vetting trade contractor bids.
• Develop an initial concept budget and detailed cost plan for Ultimate Sales Lead approval.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Adhere to company standards, focusing on maximizing profit and customer satisfaction while minimizing risks.
• Maintain client relationships, seek new clients, and collaborate with contracts and design teams for project development.
• Keep detailed records of estimation documentation, including site assessments and contract terms.
• Liaise with other departments for business development and innovation.
• Conduct site inspections for tender understanding, risk assessment, and identification of activities.
• Deliver bids on time for tenders closing.
• Attend and participate in onsite meetings with various stakeholders.
