We are recruiting on behalf of a very well established Freight Forwarder based in Staines who are looking for an experienced Export Clerk to join them.

Role Duties would include : Handling day to day Air / Ocean Freight shipments including Customer Quotations & service requests

• Preparing of Quotations for Domestic and Overseas Customers, for all
modes of logistics
• Export Air, Road or Ocean Experience
• Experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers, Airlines, Hauliers etc
• Being point of contact for new and existing customers
• Ensuring suppliers rates are competitive
• Dealing with overseas agents
• Export Customs Entries
• Issuing shipping documents for all modes of transport, AWB , Bill of Lading, CMR Etc


** BOXTOP & Descartes experience would be an advantage **

Role is varied and would suit someone wishing to further their Knowledge of Freight Industry
Hours Monday to Friday
Salary up to 30K- 32K subject to experience
