Established specialist Freight Forwarder is looking for an Export /Import Coordinator to join them.
Role will from start to finish on airfreight shipments

Must have at least 2-3 years experience in Air Freight Exports/Imports ideally with an understanding of dangerous & restricted goods cargo and any previous Sea Freight experience

Role duties include :-
Job quotations
Processing operational export jobs
Processing of export licensing
Liaising with all contractors
Job costing & Invoicing
Handling Customs paperwork,
Occasional warehouse duties if required for monitoring, processing and packing such commodities,

Successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, great communications skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700 or 0900-1800hrs
Salary 30K - 34K subject to experience

After 3 months probation period
Overtime offered with additional pay
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
