This role will involve overseeing a busy Export department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 5 Export staff and making sure that all aspect of operations are running smoothly and efficiently including the following key functions -

• Jobs from start to finish, Air/Sea and road
• Customs entries
• Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly
• Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external
• Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times

Minimum of 5 years experience in Air & Ocean Freight Exports is essential together with proven experience of managing a team.

Hour are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730

Salary is up to £45K + 10% bonus plus Private Medical Cover and Life Assurance.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fully experienced in all aspects of Air Freight Exports from start to finish, either already working at Team Leader/Supervisor level or looking to progress their career to that level.
