Join a technology-driven, customer-focused telecoms provider delivering essential connectivity and digital services across the Channel Islands and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional Facilities team ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure, including data centres, across a dynamic and fast-paced estate.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Performing daily walkarounds of data centre and critical environments, escalating issues via internal systems.
• Maintaining planned preventative maintenance schedules for essential power and cooling systems.
• Isolating fire suppression and alarm systems as required for works, and monitoring these systems when deactivated.
• Managing permit-to-work processes and contractor access in secure areas.
• Supporting general M&E maintenance and coordinating with subcontractors as needed.
• Logging and tracking tasks via Zendesk, including routine fire alarm testing and generator checks.
• Reporting monthly power usage and maintaining site compliance records.

The ideal candidate will have:
A strong background in critical infrastructure maintenance, ideally in data centre or telecoms environments, and sound knowledge of power systems, fire suppression, and security systems. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, technical awareness, and the ability to work independently. A full, clean driving licence is required. Participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota covering nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays is also essential.
