A new Finance Manager position has become available within a Poulton-le-Fylde based SME. This is a hands on and varied role which oversees all financial activities for the business whilst supporting with strategic decisions and growth plans.

Your New Role as Finance Manager:
• Reporting to the Finance Director, managing a team of 3 transactional finance staff, being responsible for their training and development
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for a £6m business unit
• Oversight of AP, AR and credit control
• Cash flow management
• Inventory management
• Payroll processing
• Ongoing review and development of existing financial procedures and systems
• Provision of ad hoc reports and analysis to aid effective business decision making
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar finance role, with staff management experience. Ideally, you will have exposure to multi-currencies and stock management, with strong systems skills including Excel and ERP software.
