Our client, a well-established international financial services group, is seeking a Finance Officer to support the Finance Manager with the preparation of financial information across several Guernsey entities. This permanent role offers broad exposure across multiple jurisdictions and forms an important part of a busy finance team.

About the Role
The position includes internal accounting tasks, client billing and debtor management, assisting with monthly management accounts, processing supplier payments, and maintaining accurate ledgers and schedules. The role also supports annual financial statements, budgeting work, and various ad-hoc finance projects.

What You’ll Need
Candidates should have bookkeeping and accounting knowledge, experience in accounts payable and receivable, and strong Excel and reconciliation skills. Knowledge of accounting software is required, and experience with Viewpoint is an advantage. Excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
