A respected and forward-thinking organisation is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to play a key role in protecting its critical systems and data. This position offers the opportunity to lead essential security functions, strengthen incident response capabilities, and help mature the organisation’s overall security posture.

About the Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of core security technologies, support effective incident management, and contribute to ongoing cyber risk activities. They will also guide junior colleagues and drive improvements across exposure management, detection capabilities and security controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and document security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and closure.
• Oversee EDR, SEG and SWG platforms, including alert investigation, policy tuning and threat analysis.
• Conduct security risk assessments and support the delivery of the organisation’s security roadmap.
• Develop and enhance exposure management processes across all technology assets.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of new security controls.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years’ experience in an information security role.
• Strong expertise with EDR, SEG, SWG and exposure/vulnerability management platforms.
• Solid understanding of secure system design, threat modelling and attack analysis.
• Experience with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) is beneficial.
• Professional certifications (CySA+, CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are desirable.
