FINISHING FOREMAN – CONSTRUCTION

Location: Hythe
Pay: £25 per hour
Hours: 9 hours per day
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our construction team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing finishing works on site, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and in line with health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating finishing trades on site
Ensuring work is completed to a high-quality standard
Managing day-to-day activities and allocating tasks
Checking workmanship and identifying any defects
Working closely with site management and subcontractors
Maintaining health & safety standards
Ensuring projects remain on schedule
Requirements
Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar construction role
Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage teams and work to deadlines
Relevant construction qualifications/cards preferred

Pay: £25 per hour
Working day: 9 hours
