We are looking for an experienced and reliable Working Foreman to join our team on a project in Westminster, London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities while also working hands-on alongside the team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating trades and site operatives

Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring programmes are kept on track

Working hands-on with the team when required

Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed

Maintaining high standards of workmanship

Coordinating materials, deliveries and site requirements

Liaising with site management, subcontractors and other trades

Reporting progress and addressing any issues on site

Requirements
Previous experience as a Working Foreman or experienced Site Supervisor

Strong knowledge of construction site procedures

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to organise a team and manage daily tasks

Reliable, punctual and hands-on

Relevant qualifications/certifications where required

CSCS card preferred

Pay & Location
£21 per hour
